To confirm your PHV taxi rental booking, we require:
A copy of your Private Hire Driver Licence / taxi driver badge (your council/operator)
Your UK driving licence (front + back) + DVLA share code (for licence checks)
Photo ID (passport or UK ID)
Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
£300 deposit
First week’s rental payment in advance
